The staff was not friendly and were rude to us

房間寬闊舒適，優質沐浴用品，有咖啡機和美好的茶包，遺憾是入住G/F，原本比較高價格房間為了在露台觀賞到美妙湖景，但現在只看到汽車泊在外面而看不到景觀，更讓遊人看著我們有點不自在，基本上大部份時間關上窗布，因此比較失望，而要求接待處職員更換房間，職員只稱沒房更換，沒有積極安排。

Over all experience was good. But your check out time you have made 11am which I feel it's not correct as most of the hotels have check out time at 12 noon and more over you charged me Euros 15 per hour for late check out and had to pay euros 30 for my two hours late check out which you could have considered inspire of my request but the staff at the reception did not. This made me feel little uncomfortable. I am sure you can consider this with your future guests.

Our check out time is cleary mentioned on all internet platforms and at the reception desk. You did not ask for a late check out at the reception desk and did finally check out at 01.00 pm. If a lot of clients check out later our housekeeping team cannot make check in at 03.00. Often we have to refund to the next clients a fee because check in time was not possible as signposted 03.00 pm. Therefore we charged a late check out fee. Thanks for your understanding!

You booked a deluxe double room with lake view with us. Your requested was higher floor, as on the day of the booking there was no other floor then 1st floor available we thought you would be happy to stay there. House Kainz was a must from your side and we did confirm that. Our deluxe double rooms in house Kainz are only with lake view no balcony. Our deluxe rooms in house Stocker/Seethaler are with lake view and balcony.
We apologize for the construction in front of the window - as we had a water leak in the restaurant they need to look for the problem.
I can see that you were not satisfied with your room - why didn't you ask to change the room on spot?

Overall quite good. Wouldbm be better if there is 24hr food service

The location is extremely good as i take ferry to Hallstatt, the room very nice and clean. And the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot!

Cons:
i booked thru agoda. I was expecting to stay in the main building which is just infront of the ferry station. However when i arrived, they told me i am going to stay in Haus Seethaler, which is quite far away from the main building. I arrived a little bit earlier so i was told i have to go to the place myself, dragging 2 big size luggage with my girlfriend, without knowing anything of the place. This staying in another building was not mentioned in my booking at all. My room was in the 3rd floor, and there was no lift in this new building. Abit pricey.

Pros:
Room was spacious. Very clean. Shampoo and shower gel provided were good quality. View was nice.

Für den hohen Preis im Doppelzimmer, war unseree Erwartungen höher, auch die Tatsache, dass es keinen französischen Balkon gab und die bei Booking.com angeführten Bademäntel und Hausschuhe auch nicht vorhanden waren.
Die vielen Chinesischen Gäste wird dies alles vielleicht nicht stören, Schade finde ich nur, dass das Hauptaugenmerk genau auf diese Gäste im schönen Hallstatt aufgebaut zu zu sein scheint.
