We were warmly welcomed by the staff. Though we have written to the hotel earlier and requested for the "top floor" of the hotel, as we were celebration wedding anniversary- and the answer was positive. However, upon arrival, we were not given the topmost floor (maybe top floor was not equal to the topmost one in Europe).

We still love our room and we have a lovely stay.
