it's bad. because we arenged hallstatt journey to be in the hotel building near the ferry station but our building was too far from that.

It is clean and good room in main building. Lake view is awesome. But there is no balcony, if I have I can get better experience.
Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Great place , very friendly the on thing I would say is too make the top balcony more secure , as there was no supporting wood though the floor

Averagely poor hotel experience in eaurope. Especially poor breakfast including food and service depending on price.

Amazing experience. We walked into the room and the lake view from our window literally took our breath away. I would recommend the Heritage Hotel to anyone!
