vielen Dank, dass Sie sich bei Ihrem Aufenthalt in Hallstatt für das Heritage.Hotel entschieden haben.
Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie den Aufenthalt bei uns im Haus genossen haben.

Bezüglich der Parksituation, leider müssen alle Gäste außerhalb des Ortes auf Parkplatz P1 parken. Wir als Hotel selbst haben aufgrund des eingeschränkten Platzes im Ortszentrum keinen Parkplatz. Alle Gäste fahren von P1 mit dem Shuttle ins Zentrum bzw. zum jeweiligen Hotel. Es tut uns leid, dass der Shuttle nicht zeitnah nach Betätigung des Buttons zu P1 gekommen ist. Bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt: Sollte der Shuttle nach Betätigung des Buttons nicht zeitnah kommen bitten wir Sie uns zu kontaktieren, gerne kümmern wir uns darum.

Wir würden uns sehr freuen Sie bald wieder als Gastgeber in Hallstatt begrüßen zu dürfen!

價格，方便，整潔，空間都很好。唯一是餐廳侍應服務較為不好，不太想招待我們進入內進餐。地下可以裝修得好一點，因為相對比較舊。

Great view and location. Room is large, clean and convenience. It will better if this price including breakfast.

位置特好，但是套房不行，太冷了，看不见湖，还贵！预定时一定要看清楚了。
