The experience in Heritage is wonderful. The room got a perfect view over the lake.
Staff there are friendly and helpful. Room is well equipped and cosy. The stay in Heritage is perfect!

Heritage Hotel may be an older hotel, but has had renovations; and is now spectacular and ideally located for tourism.

The Heritage.Hotel Hallstatt consists of three different historical buildings (house Kainz, house Stocker and house Seethaler) with an old building structure. House Stocker is the oldest builing in town with more then 500 years.

The front staff is unfriendly. I just want to check the payment details, but the staff think that I didn't want to pay.
Anything else is great.
