The room was huge and clean. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Hallstatt.

During this trip to Europe, we stayed in 5 hotels. This was the most expensive of all of the hotels and the worst one. The room was not clean. The cleaning staff left an empty toilet paper roll on the floor and there was a wrapper from hand soap in the tub. There were also cobwebs on the balcony. It would have been nice after booking if we received an email stating that you need to park in parking lots past the hotel through the tunnel as well. Also, we saw a shuttle and were never offered one for pickup or to take back to our car. Overall, I would give this hotel 2.5 stars.

the city is amazing, the hotel at booking.com doesn't explain the struggle of strolling your baggage and lifting to the second floor which is really unacceptable due to the non-providing elevators !!!!
