therw was a extra bed i did not order. phone was out of order. spider was in the room. i cannot ask for help you look too busy to care for guests. at 9 30 pm you knocked the door and took the bed out.

I booked lack view room,I had it eventually but the eaves are too low to block half of window that I can only see the lack without sky.
