Bonjour, cet Hôtel est un très bon hôtel, la propreté règne partout oui, le lieu est bien mais assez loin du centre à pied. Le jour de mon arrivée le 24 mai vers 22h j'ai eu le désagrément d'arriver au moment d'un beug de l'ordinateur de l'hôtel ne permettant pas de me délivrer ma chambre prévue, j'ai dû attendre fatigué par mon long voyage 23h20 environ pour avoir une chambre provisoire que j'ai dû changer le lendemain, la réceptionniste de ce premier jour était très agréable et désolée de ce problème. Les jours suivants se sont bien passés, ma chambre standard était assez petite ,je ne peux pas me plaindre car vu le prix je savais d'avance qu'elle serait petite mais confortable, sij'aurais voulu une suite ou une plus grande il fallait mettre le prix et j'en ai pas les moyens,il ne faut s'en prendre qu'à soi-même.La chose très positive l'hôtel respecte vos demandes j'ai eu une chambre avec double lit et surtout une vue sur le kudamm, Merci à l'hôtel pour ce respect du client.J'ai ne une remarque à vous faire ajouter un tapis antidérapant dans la douche car j'ai glissé lourdement me 26 mai, maintenant je vais mieux mais le sol de la douche est très glissant c'est dangereux.Le personnel que j'ai rencontré ces 3 jours était très accueillant, souriant et professionnel hormis le dernier jour vers 18h ou les 2 hommes réceptionnistes n'ont pas répondu à mon bonsoir qui était pourtant assez fort, je l'ai mal pris car je suis bien éduqué, en faisant le bilan pour ou contre de cet Hôtel le bilan est positif j'ai été tellement satisfait de cet hôtel que j'y retourne le 01 juin 2026,je recommande fortement cet hôtel Cordialement.
