Nicht gut. Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich. Sind mit 2 Rollstühlen angereist. Gepäck mit Hermes gesendet. Frage nach dem Gepäck. Antwort nicht da. Nachfrage bei Hermes am nächsten morgen Gepäck war am Anreisetag um 12:37 geliefert. Zimmwr war nicht Behinderten gerecht. Haben Zimmer dennoch akzeptiert. Jedoch der bitte einnen Hocker in die Dusche zu stellen wurde auch nach täglicher Bitte 4x nicht nachgekommen. Antwort immer werden es weiterleiten.
