nicht gut - Mitarbeiter beim CheckIn war nicht so höflich - Mit meinem sehr großen Problem (glühende Hitze durch Defekt) wollte man mich nur mit einer Sprudelflasche vertrösten. :(

Overall good, as i am a regular business visitor, together with with my colleague, Mr Mark Mills and Paul Macdonald. I booked for 3 nighhts but could only stay for 2 nights due to a last minute change of plan which I announced on arrival. I requested a refund or a credit to use at my next visit, but the response was "No" and it was a clear "NO" ! I think this is a bad way to treat regular customers. No gesture was attempted. This is not hospitality
