Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Zimmer und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Nur die Teppiche in den Fluren könnten mal gereinigt werden.

Upon my arrival the the check-in desk the front-desk agent did not demonstrate any sense of hospitality, then I checked out the guy asked: 'Was all good?' If you operate a hotel on a prestigious avenue I would expect more politeness. Other than that I did not interact with any staff member, however the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels very outdated, it craves for renovation. In my room the cover of the chair was broken, the floor and wall outside on the terrace green of the moss, wallpaper was torn and damaged. The movie theme might look fun but I found it rather odd and often creepy. The hotel doesn't have a warm, friendly atmosphere.
