Buono anche se l' appartamento andrebbe ristrutturato in parte. C' era comunque tutto il necessario, una vasta fornitura di pentole e piatti. Unico neo la biancheria da bagno e le lenzuola che andrebbero comprese nel prezzo (a pagamento a cifra troppo alta)
