We had an excellent stay. The only negative was the steep (icy) slope in to the garage for the boot room.

Internet still is a big, big issue - BAD. The rest worked fine, hard to get the car out of the garage when you're not taking care of the driveway. Arrabba is nice. A bit overpriced now I believe, room at hotel is at similar rate and we consider hotel alternative instead now. Room heating was wrongly set to start with - extremely cold night in one room, a bit unnecessary I think . Need a bit of renovation and taking better care of - Bathtub, changing lists along the wall - kitchen a bit scruffy, Fridge WAY to small.

We apologize that the Wifi connection was not as you expected. We have checked and during the busy time it is quite slowly.
In winter it is quite normal to find ice on the driveway, and for this reason we do our best to make sure the garage' s driveways are always viable.
If you had called us, we would have suddently stepped by.
For the high season the avarage price of EURO 43,00 per person per day for an apartment with all comfort included Jacuzzi tub is quite standard market rate.
Each apartment has its thermostat. To raise the temperature is sufficient turning the thermostat.

The team at Home Service Arabba give excellent service, the location is perfect for skiing, there is a small shop with almost Everything, ski serice etc.

Siamo stati benissimo. Sono passati diversi anni dall'ultimo soggiorno effettuato presso le Vostre strutture e abbiamo ritrovato la stessa cordialità di un tempo e gli stessi, in termini positivi, servizi. Arrivederci al prossimo anno.

dobré, pro 5 lidí by byly lepší dva záchody; garážová vrata jsou nízká, auto s boxem nám dovnitř nezajelo, musel by se sundat box; vjezd do garáže je velmi stísněný a do nepříjemného oblouku

Posizione fantastica per andare a sciare, direttamente dalle piste al deposito per l'attrezzatura con scalda scarponi incluso.
Appartamento molto spazioso e ben fornito, doccia funzionante e lavastoviglie molto aprezzate. Carente un po il WI-FI che risulta un po lento nelle ore serali.
