Jeden Morgen ab 05:00 uhr wurde vor dem Haus und um den Kirchenplatz herum mit einem Radlader stundenlang Schnee/Eis geräumt, auch wenn es keinen Neuschnee gab. Es war nicht möglich bei diesem Lärm zu schlafen. Hier könnte etwas mehr Rücksicht genommen werden und eventuell erst gegen 07:00 Uhr angefangen werden. Allgemein kann man das auch bestimmt etwas leiser machen und nicht versuchen mit dem Radlader und Schneeketten drauf das letzte bisschen Eis von der Straße zu kratzen...

Ansonsten war bis auf die Schlafsofas in Zimmer 11 B alles top. Hier dürfte man aber zumindest 1 richtiges Doppelbett erwarten.

Nettes Personal, ideale Lage, saubere Wohnung, Küche mit kompletter Ausstattung. Idealer Skiraum mit sehr guter Skischuhheizung. Sehr enge Duschen.

Davvero ottimo.. siamo arrivati a mezzanotte ma non ci sono stati problemi con il check in, Katia è stata gentilmente a disposizione per ogni domanda o consiglio durante i nostri 4 gg sulle Dolomiti, l appartamento era grande, pulito e ben arredato. Se posso, un solo consiglio (non è assolutamente una critica): non sarebbe male trovare in casa uno scottex (oltre alla carta igienica che c era), il sapone per lavare i piatti e magari anche un piccolo contenitore con olio, sale e pepe.. Sono tre cose che servono a tutti ma ci si dimentica puntualmente di portare con sé.

Mancava carta igienica / posa cenere / deposito
Sci non riscaldava abbastanza / box stretto ecc

Gentile Signor Torri,

Ci rincresce molto constatare che non abbia saputo apprezzare i servizi da noi offerti, soprattutto in quanto ci riesce molto difficile pensare che non ci fosse la carta igienica, dal momento che le signore delle pulizie provvedono sempre a metterla a disposizione ( ad ogni modo se davvero non ci fosse stata a causa di un errore, a seguito di una semplice telefonata, avremmo potuto fornirgliela, cosi come il posacenere). Per quanto riguarda il deposito sci,ci teniamo a precisare che l' emissione di calore dello scalda scarponi è regolata da un timer, pertanto si attiva la mattina presto fino alle 9.00 e nel tardo pomeriggio al ritorno dalle piste da sci. Infine,riguardo il posto macchina, a seguito di una Sua richiesta, avremmo potuto provvedere ad offrirle un altro posto macchina.
