Our experience was very good.
Two small suggestions for improvement:
- ski room: There was not enough space to put all the skis and ski boots into the locker. Electric warmers for the ski boots would be nice.
- keys: It would be nice to have two sets of keys, since the apartment is for 6 people. With one set of keys, coordination is needed.

Apartment is very good and well maintained. It has everything one needs. Location is very close to the slope. Indoor garage spot and ski room are great additions.

Location was big plus; the accommodation was not as shown on the booking site and whilst relatively large living room/kitchen, the bedroom was rather small with less furtniture, another room was under the roof and you cannot stand there due to height etc; lots of furniture/equipments clearly hand-adjusted to fit in the room at all. It was OK and functional, but not really too great. But no issue, you can stay there. Ski room was also not really as you expect heated room but outside space etc. Not bad, but for longer stay we would probably not chose it. Also the company at the beginning did not respond to messages, later they did but they did not want to reveal actual location until the day we arrived, despite I was asking couple of times. But then all other communication was good and professional, so no issue at all.

This is the first time I had to pay extra for towels and sheets, and had no option to clean the accomodation myself. Had to pay 100 Euros for cleaning.

Krásná oblast, ubytování u sjezdovky. Bohužel, dostali jsme pokoj, který neodpovídal tomu, co jsme si objednali a zaplatili. Chyběla myčka nádobí a trouba, pokoj byl výrazně menší a starší než objednaný, fotografie nabízeného ubytování byly z jiných apartmánů.

Lokalizacja noclegu wskazana była z odległością 100 metrów od stoku. Niestety tyczy się to recepcji a nie noclegu ponieważ jest on zlokalizowany zupełnie w innym miejscu niż recepcja i nie było to 100 metrów a zdecydowanie więcej około 300-400 metrów od stoku a to znacząca różnica. Oprócz tego nigdzie nie było informacji, aby zabrać swoje prywatne ręczniki. Opłata za dwa ręczniki to 30 euro trochę słabo jeśli dostajesz informacje w trakcie drogi do hotelu…
