Unsere Matratzen waren leider sehr durchgelegen (wir wiegen 70-80Kg). Auf unsere Bitte, die Matratzen zu tauschen, wurde sofort reagiert und am nächsten Tag (SA!) ein Tausch organisiert. Sehr guter Service !! Vielen Dank.

Pekné, čisté ubytovanie, príjemná komunikácia, výborné uskladnenie bicyklov, dobrá poloha. Nefunkčná práčka bola vyriešená personálom vypratím požadovanej bielizne.
