excellent stay. the facilities are very nice. the location is good and the staff very helpful. the fact that there is no elevator can be an inconvenience to older people. the staff helps with the bags.
I also highlight the breakfast, included in the daily, filling and tasty with fruits. I recommend it!

The hotel is in a good location. The staff was very nice and will go out of their way to make you comfortable. Easy to walk to the market plaza. Room was clean and very quiet. The breakfast was great. I'd pick this hotel again when we come back. Only about a 4 min. Taxi ride from the train station and cost was about 7 euros. Thanks again for a very pleasant stay.

excellent breakfast !!very good location except at the moment with roadworks which we were not told about it is quite difficult to get to hotel during the week .at weekends can walk through roadworks but still not practical such a shame

concerning the roadworks, we have a mailsystem that warns the guest two days before arrival with practical information on how to park or reach the hotel. Unfortunately from bookings through Gullivers Travel or affiliate partners from them , we do not receive any contact details from the guests. that is why you have not received this welcome mail.
sorry for this inconvenience caused. however Bruges stays beautiful. Nevertheless, we hope to welcome you again some day after the Zandsquare will be totally renewed. Kind regards.
