Enjoyable but cramped

sorry to hear you were unhappy withn the size of the room. It is a pitty that we didn't get the chance to discuss with you about this issue while you were still in the hotel. We would have been more than happy to offer you an upgraded room according to availability of course.

We pay a great attention to the satisfaction of our guests and hope to welcome you for a second chance at the Albert 1

Hotel is well placed away from the bustle of the town but still only a short stroll away. Also near railway station. Parking at station is good value. Staff excellent and high standard from housekeepers. Comfortably sized room seemed to have been recently refurbished. Traditional continental breakfast was just right. Recommended.

The room was pristine clean Breakfast excelent Only the location a bit far from the center for me

Gutes und persönlich geführtes Hotel. Zimmer renoviert. Da Altbau, ist das Haus verwinkelt und die Treppen steil. Unser Zimmer ging zur Straße (Busbahnhof), war aber trotzdem leise, da die Fenster gut schließen. Klimaanlage im Zimmer vorhanden.

Lieber Gast, vielen Dank für die gute Bewertung, die Sie unserem Hotel gegeben haben. Wir sind jedem einzelnen Gast sehr dankbar, der sich die Mühe macht und seine Erfahrungen bei uns im Hotel Albert 1 mit anderen Lesern teilt.
Mein Team und ich versuchen täglich unser Bestes zu geben, um sicher zu gehen, dass jeder Gast uns glücklich und zufrieden verläßt und auch gerne wiederkommt.

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum en ligt toch in een rustige omgeving. Verder prima hotel met goede bedden en een mooie badkamer. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
