Globalement correct mais manque de sens commercial a l'accueil malgré la gentillesse des jeunes femmes présentes .
Pas de prise en compte des attentes ou des besoins d'information pour un éventuel autre séjour .
Pas clair sur les réponses , on sent un manque de formation et d'autonomie .

Dear all, I was very much surprised about the logistics in the hotel. Only two elevators in the whole hotel. Very annoying that Wednesday morning the elevator to the 7th floor was broken. So we had to walk 4 times a day from the 4th floor to the 8th floor. My wife has rheumatism and that was really too much. Someone was supposed to come on Wednesday afternoon to fix the elevator. But on Thursday evening the elevator was still not repaired. We decided to leave on Friday 24th February after breakfast instead of Saturday 25th February. For my wife with rheumatism is was impossible to walk 4 times a day all those stairs ( from the 4th floor to the 8th floor). The hotel was completely booked and we couldn't get another room in the hotel. I hope you can compensate us for thise one day we left earlier. Our hotelroom was 802 and our family name is Suiker. Zeer goed hotel gezien zijn prijs. Alles was in orde. Enige minpunten waren de kleine kamer en dat er onvoldoende parking was voor de deur. Maar ik zou het hotel toch aanraden aan iedereen, zeker met kinderen!
