Très satisfaisante en général, très peu de point négatif. J'aimais particulièrement votre décoration et surtout le salon pour prendre un verre qui était vraiment très agréable et chaleureux!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alpina, and would absolutely recommend it to others. The below are just suggestions that would have made the stay even better.

We noticed that there were a few English speaking families staying at the hotel (we are Australian so don't speak French unfortunately, and it seemed like there were a few other parties in the same situation). While overall there were plenty of people who could help us out, including the bar staff and the reception staff, there was only one English speaking waitress. Carmen was fabulous. However on her days off it was extremely difficult at dinner to communicate with the waitress, and sometimes was uncomfortable. However if your target market is French, and us English speaking families are the minority, then please disregard.

The food was fabulous. Our only suggestion would be having an alternative for children. The food was perfect for adults, and of a very high quality. But the children didn't eat a lot of what was provided - which we think might have frustrated the waitress and kitchen staff on occasion to see almost full plates of food going back to the kitchen. On the 4th night of our stay the kitchen made half size meals for the children, and the menu was still high quality, but a bit more simple with chicken, snow peas, and gnocchi, which was perfect. But I think a more simple option for children (even if you require guests to request and order in advance to allow adequate planning) would be a real plus, and something that would set you apart from other hotels in the area for families.

Other than the snow conditions, it was very pleasant....which the Alpina has no control over, unfortunately

Parfait pour séjour à la neige en famille,sans bouger voiture.
Super accueil enfants avec tarifs attractifs.
demi pension gastronomique et généreuse,avec jeune équipe adorable.
Propriétaires très présents, et professionnels.
