It's the fourth time that we visited this hotel. It is always a pleasure to come back. The entire staff makes you feel very welcome. One suggestion to future guests: book half board, it completes the experience!

Ocekivanja su bila veca. Jedino je dobra lokacija hotela i hrana.

Good morning.
I would like to point out that the kindness and professionalism of our staff is recognized by all our guest. Your review probably refers to the fact that she was told 3 times that smoking in the room was forbidden and you promptly left the butts in the ashtray on the bedside table. This behavior, besides being outlawed by the anti-smoking law in Italy, is disrespectful for our hotel and the next guest who will use the same room. We could have applied a fine of 250 euros considering the fact that it took 3 calls before he quit smoking in the room. But we didn't do. I think you would review your position before defining who is arrogant.

È sempre un piacere trascorrere le mie vacanze presso questa meravigliosa struttura, rivivo l’ambiente familiare in una struttura di alta classe , sia per gentilezza che per professionslità dello staffa.
La cucina è unica , le portate eccellenti ed abbondanti . Il personale disponibile a qualsiesi doluzione alimentare . Sempre attento alle tue esigenze
