Location was outstanding, next to lifts. Our room was warm and comfortable. Hotel personnel were warm and very accommodating. The owner, Nicholas, greeted us when we arrived, was very helpful in all aspects of our trip - made dinner reservations for us, answered all questions about the town, mountains, etc, he was very accessible. Every morning we looked out our window and saw the lift lines forming at the Olympic Telepheric, with the mountains in the background, and just couldn't believe we were staying in such a fabulous place.
