We are very satisfied with our stay at your hotel. The location is excellent in the authentic village of Bacharach, the rooms are very clean and there is virtually no noise from nearby rooms (or we had very quiet neighbors). Our bathroom was rather small, and the step-up into the shower was about 25 or maybe even 30 cm which for people with a limited mobility could be a problem. There is a (small) elevator to all floors, but please note that about half of the rooms still require about 10 more steps up. The breakfast served is excellent with a wide variety of choices of bread and rolls, hams and salami's, cheeses, yogurts, etc, including scrambled eggs and bacon. The diner served (we had half board) was good: a starter, a main course and a desert. The first day we were also served an aperitif, not the second day though. The dining room has an ancient atmosphere to it, with lots of wood and old paintings on the wall.
The hotel has a private parking (included in the price) about 150 meter away.

Very good - we all loved your hotel. Please don't change anything! Now I have found which rooms you can book that do not have any stairs, I hope to come again next year!

Mitten im Zentrum der Altstadr. Juniorchef hatte alle Wünsche uns erfüllt, ruhiges Zimmer (26) und für unseren Oldie eine Einzelgarage. Speisen sehr schmackhaft und täglich frische Handtücher.
Mehr kann man nicht fürs Geld bekommen.

Wonderful, warm and delightful. The hotel is located in a lovely town - very accessible to all the Rhine River Valley attractions. Clean and cozy

Very happy with hotel , staff and location. Very spacious room. Excellent parking a bonus for motoring guests. Lkoved tradional atmosphere and the beautiful village of Bach arch.

My wife and I were quite happy with the apartment and service however our travel companions were disappointed in the service in the hotel....particularly the inability to have breakfast at an hour that allowed us to get to our business appointments nearby. 8 is too late a start time for breakfast.

Thank you for your stay in our Hotel. We are very sorry, that you are disappointed in the service in our hotel, particularly the inability to have breakfast at 7 am. We asked you at check in, if you want to have breakfast (your apartment was booked without breakfast) with your companions and we told you that breakfast is from 8 to 10 am in the morning and we informed you about the price for breakfast. After that you told us that you want to book breakfast. We prepared the breakfast for you in the morning, but you didn't come the first morning (incidentally we didn't charge you for breakfast). Only one of your group asked at 7.20 am for breakfast. We told him, that breakfast starts at 8.00 am and that it is not prepared now. In the evening the same guest asked for early breakfast on the second day. We told him, that this is possible, but he have to pay 30,-- Euro uniquely (because 2 persons of our stuff have to work an hour more) and than the group can have breakfast at 7 am. We are very sorry about that, but most of our guest are pleased with our breakfast times, because they are only on holiday. Normaly everything, we could arrange, is possible, but if you do not let us know what you want in advance, we cannot fullfill your wishes. Of course it is also normal, that you have to pay for every extra. Sorry about that
