Nice, large room with a balcony. Fantastic restaurant, quaint little town with things to see. No dissapointments at all.

Check in was too slow. The staff was too busy at the restaurant and then ended up helping guests check in who had arrived after we did. The hotel's English website is terrible and we we not aware the hotel had no air conditioning. Having a hotel staff show guests to their room would add to their experience and you could point out that there was a fan hidden in a closet. The breakfasts were okay. The location is great. The restaurant's strudel is tasty but please stop microwaving it the make it warm- it ruins the taste and texture.

we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the pictureque town. the hotel is conveniently located, close to the ferry terminus and 10 min walk to the train station. there is a super market just across the street. you can hire bicycles in the town for some wonderful rides.
we did have a bit of problem with the luggage as the lift at the train station was out of order and the property has no lifts. on arrival, wheeling our luggage on the cobbled streets was a pain so when returning, we took the highway. should have enquired about taxis.
