Wir sind wie immer von Frau Loewen freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet worden. Unser Wunschzimmer war frei, worüber wir uns natürlich sehr gefreut hatten. Schön wäre, wenn jeden Tag erneut eine kleine kostenlose Flasche Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer wäre.

Sehr angenehmes Haus. Mit so umsichtigen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern- ganz außergewöhnlich!
Was wir Ihnen gerne noch persönlich gesagt hätten: das heiße Wasser in der Dusche hat nicht funktioniert, war nur lauwarm.

Very good experience.
One small issue was the fan in the bathroom would not turn off with the light switch. only turning the whole room off with the card holder. Not very useful. Had to close the door in order to sleep.

Sehr großzügiges Hotel, hat alles was man nach einem langen Arbeitstag braucht. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ hochwertig und geschmackvoll arrangiert. Kurzum: Ein Topp Hotel!!

unfortunately the mini-bar was empty, no coffee or thee on the room.

Dear B.,
thank you for taking your time to evaluate your stay.
The mini bars are all empty since corona, but you had the chance to say something at the reception, than we would have loved to bring drinks up and fill it.
If you are not mentioning it during your stay I am sorry but we are not able to act.
We have a coffee station for free at our reception as well.
