Grundsätzlich punktet Ihr Hotel durch die Lage. Der Service beim Buchungsprozess war Hervorragend. Die Probleme sehe ich konkret in der Sauberkeit, hier dürfte man noch an verschiedenen Stellschrauben drehen, oder nicht zu sehr auf die Kostenbremse drücken. Der Gast sollte bei wünschen nicht als Belastung wahrgenommen werden.
