Hello Hotel Sophienpark Team! My parents and I had a lovely four-night stay at your hotel. Our family room (522-523) was peaceful and quiet. The housekeeping staff made sure it was always spotlessly clean and well arranged to our taste. They made sure we had enough towels, toiletries, and toiletries paper, and replenished our teas and complimentary water every day. You’d be amazed the times we had to ask for these items at some other 4 and 5-star hotels from around the world. The smooth check-in process and attentive details from reception staff were duly noted and appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff discreet yet efficient and courteous. All in all, we are very happy that we chose your hotel for our Baden-Baden short break and we will be back here next time we visit the city.
