Horrible. Our room was extremely hot and we could get no help. We asked for an additional fan and were told we could not have one. We asked to change rooms and were showed a different room and we told them we wanted it. By the time we got back to the room and got all of our luggage back together, front desk called and said we could not move, that the room was not available.
I'm truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide. I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the heat and the issues with changing rooms.
We take your feedback seriously and will address this with our team to ensure better communication and support for our guests in the future. The receptionist forgot to close the room in the booking systems during the time he showed you the alternative room with air conditioning. In the meantime somebody booked exactly this room. This is more than bad luck and I apologize for this inconvenience.
If you consider staying with us again, I would love to personally assist you to ensure a much more comfortable and pleasant stay in the newly opened Dependance.
