Excellent experience. We thank the hotel staff. My only comment is to email a full receipt for tax purposes.

un service irréprochable, la chambre était propre et confortable et spacieuse.

Nice old fashioned hotel (a mix of "belle epoque" and 70's). Our room was huge and quiet (no fridge in the room). Excellent location. Walking distance to most points of interest in Baden Bedan.
The staff was very nice and helpfull. We were provided with a basket of towels and robe to go to the therm. Very usefull!

The location of the hotel is amazing. Everything around and close by walking.

Schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Servicepersonal im Frühstücks-/Restaurantbereich sowie sehr gute Unterstützung und Organisation rund um die Durchführung unseres Seminars im Hotel. Zimmerausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war sehr bequem, alles sauber und eine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses gab es auch im Zimmer.

Vielen lieben Dank für Ihr schönes Feedback zum Seminar und zu Ihrem Aufenthalt. Ich freue mich sehr, dass Sie sich bei uns wohl gefühlt haben.

Kennen Sie schon unsere Dependance? In einem historischen Schweizerhaus am Ende des Hotelparks erwarten Sie 15 exklusiv eingerichtete Zimmer mit einem ganz besonderen Charm. Sie können das Frühstück weiterhin im Haupthaus oder auf der großen Parkterrasse genießen.

Das Haupthaus werden wir ab 2025 umfassend sanieren und sind uns sicher, dass wir dann Ihren Erwartungen entsprechen werden.
Gerne stehen wir Ihnen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und freuen uns, wenn wir Sie bald wieder bei uns willkommen heißen dürfen.

Room was really nice, atmospheric with tall ceilings but no way of controlling room temperature / air con, shower was at odd angle and leaked onto the floor. Not able to use hdmi of TV.

Free drinks nice bonus and reception staff really friendly
