服务很好，早餐要是再有香肠就更完美了，酒店房间虽然小但是什么还都齐全，就是有点闷，建议增加一个空气净化器，毕竟没有空调哈

The location was fantastic, we just found it very overpriced but everything in Switzerland is expensive.

Ein gutes Stadthotel, sauber, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für mich nicht. Es sollten Raucherzimmer vorhanden sein resp. mehr Möglichkeiten für Raucher (Raucherecken).

We had a large spacious room. The hotel was peaceful and quiet overnight. Transport to the station is nearby . The staff were great.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Ambassador and found the location perfect for the activities that we had planned.

Terrific experience as first time doing train tour anywhere,and could'nt have been in better location.
