En general es un hotel muy bueno con una excelente ubicación. Cuentan con mucha actitud de servicio y limpieza, pero el incidente de la cuacracha me desepcionó un poco

Las habitaciones huelen a pintura las ultimas 4 estancias que he tenido con ustedes. Y en 3 de 4 ocasiones me han tocado habitaciones que tiran agua ya sea del lavabo, sanitario o aire acondicionado.
Deben hacer algo al respecto!
