La habitación super sucia. Lo reportè y en recepción me atendieron inmediatamente y lo mandaron limpiar. Sin embargo al regresar por la noche el piso dema habitación seguía igual. De hecho había ligas del cabello de un huésped anterior. En general me parece bueno el hotel pero pueden mejorar la experiencia del cliente con la limpieza. Cortina black out rota y la regadera se tapa
