Dear Guest,

We thank you for your time to give your comment regarding the quality of our services.
We understand all was not perfect above all concerning the equipment in the fitness room. As a matter of fact, somme of them were not working and it was not mentioned.
We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
