Extremely friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay (check in to departure), and especially helping us to coordinate some activities.
From the website, i didn't find it clear that the only available pool was in the attached Waterpark which had additional charges.
Price for accommodations was very reasonable and loved the balcony view of the mountains!
