Friendly staff with fluent foreign languages. Perfectly clean room every day. Discreet housekeeping. Location unbeatable. The room was luxurious but had one disadvantage. The bathroom was on an upstairs level making a visit to the toilet at night a marathon of switching on lights and negotiating stairs half asleep. But overall we recommend this hotel for its other advantages and service.

We were returning customers. The hotel is ideally located in Orange, walking distance everywhere.

We chose the hotel for a "special occasion" - my wife's birthday. Having driven over 500km, it was very disappointing not to be able to have a shower as there was only cold water available. We had a restless night because the room was hot because the air conditioning was not working. The management were not able to fix the problems, when I asked. No alternative was offered. When we left, the pleasant receptionist seemed bemused by our problems and we were not offered a reduction in price for the lack of basic facilities. When I asked if this was possible, the 10€ fee for the overnight use of the garage was waived. In summary, with better customer service, it could have easily have been an excellent experience.
