Hotel Arlberg

We had a lovely stay, the front desk staff were particularly excellent, as was Miranda who looked after us in the restaurant. I thought it was a wonderful blend of traditional style in the common areas and modern amenities in the bedrooms. The wellness Centre for post skiing was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday and we will visit again.

The first time we came to hotel Arlberg was in 1994 or 1995. All has improved eversince. Everything was great as usual.

From start to finish, we enjoyed every moment. Hotel Arlberg is unique in its ability to satisfy the demands of a modern family while preserving the integrity of it’s heritage and the history of the hotel. The service was impeccable, every question answered, every need catered to. Above all, we appreciate the simplicity - the regional menu- quality was excellent, you do not try to be something you are not, nor be something for everyone. We came for the Austrian, Lech experience and were not disappointed. Absolutely love that you did not provide too much technology, and no video games in the teen/kids area. There was no need, and my teen didn’t even miss it- allowing us, as a family, to enjoy each other’s company and that of the other guests. As you continue to modernize, please remember that it is your unique dedication to your heritage that is what many of us appreciate in a world that continues to mold and morph into generic “insta-sameness”. Wonderful job! Enjoy the rest of your winter season and cheers for a successful 2025!

Der Eingangsbereich und die Bar sollten unbedingt modernisiert werden. Ansonsten alles qualitativ sehr hochwertig
