Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus. Herzlichen Dank nochmals für das Upgrade unserer Suite. Wir haben die Annehmlichkeiten dieser tollen Suite sehr genossen. Gerne kommen wir in Ihr Haus zurück, hoffen aber auch, dass sich die Küchensituation bis dahin ebenfalls auf ein 5* Niveau bewegt hat.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Arlberg. Benjamin and Honis are first class hosts that understand service better than anyone. Ideal location, great food and beverage, friendly staff....it was a real pleasure staying at this hotel

We had a great stay at your hotel, great staff with great service. Minus is the non availability in the wellness and the fondue restaurant. We finally got a table, but it is disappointing when you arrive that you get the messages of no availability for a whole week. Hopefully you can increase the capacity.
Finally, I was surprised not to be able to pay by Amex card. If you want to position your hotel as 5 star hotel, you should accept Amex, like all other 5 star hotels in the world do. I know it comes at an extra cost, but I am sure you can find ways to recover those costs.

This is a wonderful hotel with extremely friendly staff. We come back every year.
The menu in La Fenice restaurant has changed and we didn't like it as much as in previous years.
