Unser Eindruck....seit einigen Jahren besuchen Wir mindestens einmal im Jahr Ihr Hotel.
Jedesmal fühlen Wir Uns familiär aufgehoben.wir kommen an und fühlen Uns wie zu Hause.
Die Verbindung eines 5 Sterne Hotels,mit einem privaten "Zu Hause"gelingt der Familie Schneider,und Ihrem Team,auf eine einzigartige Art und Weise.Wir werden immer wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Arlberg. We couldn't have asked for more perfect location, accommodations or service. The entire staff was lovely and determined to help with our every need. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Hotel Arlberg is very luxurious, but also has homey, family feeling. I have stayed at luxury hotels all over the world and can say with confidence that Hotel Arlberg is top class. We visited other hotels in Lech during our stay, and compared notes with friends who stayed elsewhere. Hands-down, Hotel Arlberg was the best choice! We are so grateful to Mr Schneider and the extended Arlberg family for the fabulous experience in Lech. thank you!

Very very good. The staff and service was really sweet. They went above and beyond. The location was terrific. And the spa was amazing. The only complaint that I have is that I thought the photos on various websites were misleading in that they appeared to indicate contemporary rooms and the actual style was traditional and a touch dated. To be clear, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, would recommend it to others and would return, but the hotel was not what I expected based on the hotels self characterization on the internet.
