We had a great stay at your hotel, great staff with great service. Minus is the non availability in the wellness and the fondue restaurant. We finally got a table, but it is disappointing when you arrive that you get the messages of no availability for a whole week. Hopefully you can increase the capacity.
Finally, I was surprised not to be able to pay by Amex card. If you want to position your hotel as 5 star hotel, you should accept Amex, like all other 5 star hotels in the world do. I know it comes at an extra cost, but I am sure you can find ways to recover those costs.

This is a wonderful hotel with extremely friendly staff. We come back every year.
The menu in La Fenice restaurant has changed and we didn't like it as much as in previous years.

A family owned hotel where the family is active in the management, with a genuine desire to give their guests a good experience, and this caring attitude shows in their staff, many of who have been there for years. Overall, quiet confident quality with a genuine welcome.
