Family owned hotel was the primary motivator, plus the "new generation" taking over. We really appreciated the story Benjamin & Patrick, which resonated with us as a same sex couple, they made us feel comfortable and at home. We hope to be back soon.

Sehr gut wir sind seit 25 Jahren Gäste vom Zürserhof und sind sehr überrascht das es ein Hotel gibt das ebenbürtig ist mit dem anderen Hotel.
Wir werden sicher wieder mal kommen.

Our experience was wonderful and I enjoyed everything about staying there, from the room, the view, the food and welcome from everyone who worked there. It was very memorable and special.
