We had a wonderful stay, excellent service, welcoming staff, beautiful views, comfortable and clean rooms. I love all of the closet space, plenty of storage for ski clothes and dress clothes and suit cases. Every afternoon after skied we spend a great deal of time at the spa in the jacuzzi, steam rooms and relaxation room. I love lounging on the balcony in the sun.

Perfect. Probably the best hotel we have stayed in and a perfect location for accessing a brilliant skiing region.

Great experience, helpful, kind, polite staff. Marion and Michael were particularly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are wonderful, beautifully decorated and attention to detail is much appreciated. The hotel is really special.

Dear valued guest,
thank you very much for your detailed review. We, my family, our team and I are glad that you liked your rooms.
Because you can order a cup of coffee/tea any time you want to your room, we don’t have any installed coffee machines in our rooms. If you need an electric kettle, please just ask at the front desk and you will get one into your room.
Regarding your critical words because of the seating in the dining room: yes, we do have 80% returning guests and yes, all of them have their preferred tables, which don’t always have a view outside, but they love it. As you mentioned we tried to get you a different table, but during high season with a completely booked hotel, it is not always that easy. Our guests mingle a lot at our bar and especially during our welcome cocktail once a week.
We would love to welcome you again and will do once again our best to fulfil your expectations. Sending you all the best and sunny greetings from Austria,
Sincerely yours Hannes Schneider
