As always the service and experience is above expectations , and our stay at the Arlberg was very enjoyable. It is a superb hotel with excellent staff , and very much at the top of its game .

We have been going here for many years together with our small children and it has always been a wonderful experience. If not the best, then one of the best hotels in the area.

Superb service, friendly atmosphere, excellent food and great location all combine to make the Arlberg the best destination in Lech. Staff welcome guests by name, housekeeping is discreet and professional, wonderful food in the restaurant and the best fondue in town.

herzlichen Dank für Ihr ausführliches Feedback. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie sich bei uns im Hause so wohl gefühlt haben.
Da wir einen kostenfreien 24-Stunden-Roomservice für Getränke anbieten, haben wir bislang von der Integration einer Kaffeemaschine auf unseren Zimmern abgesehen.
Bezüglich des Fonduedufts aus unserer Stube, so bitte ich die Unannehmlichkeiten zu entschuldigen, wir arbeiten hier bereits mit einer Hochleistungslüftung und versuchen dies weiter zu verbessern.
Wir haben bewusst auf einen obligatorischen Nacktbereich in unserer Sauna verzichtet, da wir sehr viele internationale Gäste haben, die dies nicht gewohnt sind. Bei Rückfrage an unserer Spa Rezeption wird allerdings allen Gästen empfohlen, die Saunen unbekleidet zu benutzen.

very good. we love you place..the people the friendliness..lots of good stuff we will go back..
upgrades:
Dinning room could be more upscale, it's very pale, it's not at same level as the hotel.
need better selection of fresh fruit at breakfast.
not good are the massages

As you know our hotel it’s individual style and I am sorry to read, that our dining room could not match your taste. Regarding the selection of fresh fruits you always can order the fruit you like directly at our service crew.
I am also sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your massages if you would have told us directly we could have changed your masseur. I know it is always difficult to find the perfect technique but we have three professional masseurs so there might have been one for your as well.

Hotel nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, insb Spa und Fitness

herzlichen Dank für Ihr offenes, kritisches Feedback. Gerne habe ich Ihr Lob an unser gesamtes Team weitergeleitet.
Ich bedauere außerordentlich, dass wir Sie seitens unseres 700 qm Senses Spas nicht zufrieden stellen konnten. Da wir ein gewachsenes familiengeführtes Haus sind, unterziehen sich alle Bereiche einem fortlaufenden, schrittweisen Erneuerungsprozess. Darunter fallen auch Dinge wie unser Hallenbad. Dieses werden wir in einer der kommenden Saisons komplett erneuern.
Den Zwischenfall mit dem Dampfbad kann ich nur entschuldigen, hier wurden wir leider Opfer höherer bzw. technischer Gewalt, da eine der Pumpen ausfiel, allerdings wurde diese innerhalb von 48 Stunden wieder instand gesetzt.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie wieder einmal bei uns im Hause willkommen zu heißen und Ihnen dann einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt zu bescheren.
