Our second visit to your hotel and good to see high standards maintained.
thank you very much for your honest and detailed feedback. Another thank you for your follow-up email to this feedback, we are really glad that it was just a mistake and that you would recommend us to others.
We checked on the lighting in the dressing area and we’ll see what we can do to make it better. If you like to have a mini fridge in your room, please always feel free to ask for one at our front desk.
Our sommeliers know a lot about almost all the wines we have and our wine pad and all the information you’ll find there is regularly updated.
We are looking forward to welcome you again soon and perhaps we will have a room available that is a bit closer to our Senses Spa. ;)
