From start to finish, we enjoyed every moment. Hotel Arlberg is unique in its ability to satisfy the demands of a modern family while preserving the integrity of it’s heritage and the history of the hotel. The service was impeccable, every question answered, every need catered to. Above all, we appreciate the simplicity - the regional menu- quality was excellent, you do not try to be something you are not, nor be something for everyone. We came for the Austrian, Lech experience and were not disappointed. Absolutely love that you did not provide too much technology, and no video games in the teen/kids area. There was no need, and my teen didn’t even miss it- allowing us, as a family, to enjoy each other’s company and that of the other guests. As you continue to modernize, please remember that it is your unique dedication to your heritage that is what many of us appreciate in a world that continues to mold and morph into generic “insta-sameness”.
