La pulizia era pessima. Orari della pulizia delle camere scomodissimi per chi vuole riposare un po’ dopo pranzo e comunque le pulizie sono fatte in modo molto superficiale non degno di un 4 stelle ma perfino i tre stelle e i due stelle dedicano più attenzione alla pulizia delle camere. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato sul pavimento una pillola e una moneta il che significa che la camera non era stata affatto pulita dopo che gli ospiti precedenti erano andati via, questa cosa mi ha proprio nauseato perché per me la pulizia e l’igiene sono fondamentali

Le séjour en deux chambres communicantes (au lieu d'une chambre de 4) a été une découverte appréciée de nous 4. Le personnel a été à notre écoute lors du problème de la ventilation bruyante. La réparation a été effectuée rapidement. Merci infiniment à l'ensemble des membres du personnel (réceptionniste - agents technique et d'entretien et toute personne qui a permis de nous rendre ce séjour agréable).

I have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions, but was very disappointed with my stay this time. There was never any breakfast tea for the week as the hotel had run out and made no effort to get any. Scrambled eggs were never replenished and neither was the cereal. When I inquired I was told the hotel hadn’t got any. I reported this to the manager upon leaving and got no reply from him. Very disappointed with the whole experience.
