Lovely hotel,nice staff and very nice room, but food was terrible

It was alright. The room wasn’t. The upstairs cooler wasn’t working and it was boiling. As well as that the upstairs smelt bad. The pillow was tiny almost useless. My daughter woke up itchy from the bed and had hives.

Nice hotel. Great location. Room and bed comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast not great and I would skip next time. Would definitely return

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons et toujours aussi satisfaits. La nouveauté de la formule du lunch à volonté est une très bonne initiative nous avons aimés.

Non soddisfacente. Il penultimo giorno (18/6) la pulizia della camera e’ stata fatta, dopo mie varie sollecitazioni alle 19.
Per quanto riguarda il buffet i giorni 17 e 18 giugno la scelta dei piatti caldi e’ stata scarsa. Inoltre una mattina a colazione il dispenser per le bevande calde erogava acqua al posto del latte. Ho riferito alla reception perché in cucina ed in sala non vi era personale. La sig.ra Fabiana è stata molto cortese portandoci un bric con latte caldo.
Ho avuto la sensazione che c’era una carenza di personale nella zona ristorante.
