The Staff in the Reception was very warm and welcoming, they made our stay very comfortable by not transfering us from one room to another despite of our different rooms reservation.

Only, the food /breakfast though were not that good and did not prepare enough to cater all.the guests. They said they were ran out of food in the buffet and the cook left already so nothing more will be served.

Bel hôtel bien agencé.Personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Petit bémol concernant le dîner /buffet, nous ommes arrivés à 19h35 et le choix était devenu restreint.

Last year when we stayed at Astrid hotel the meals were set menu. This year it was buffet and was always very busy. Unhappy and therefore had to speak to Marinanne at Hotel Roissy to eat at Roissy.

Quel dommage...cette cantine... et une qualité très médiocre de ce qui est proposé aux repas et idem petit déjeuner .
Vraiment 2ème étage à éviter.
Sinon très bon accueil et prestations chambre correct.
Très bon emplacement.

Debo de decirles que el buffet libre está mal distribuido los platos fríos que son los primeros deben de estar separados de los calientes que son los segundos, pues al . momento de servirte se encuentran todas las personas tanto los que van por el primer plato como los del segundo. Los postres menos pasteles y más fruta en macedonia y más flanes. No es una crítica pero si una observación ya que en los otros hoteles están los fríos en un lugar y los segundos en otro pero distanciados.
