Hotel Astrid Lourdes

Overall our experience was very good. The location is excellent and very close to the St Joseph's entrance to the Grotto with lots of shops and cafes close by. The rooms were lovely and beds very comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. Special thanks to Lador who worked the night shift and in the bar. He was exceptionally nice and very helpful. He spoke English which was brilliant for communicating. One suggestion we would make is that reception inform people at check in that the entrance doors close at a certain time and that there is a contact number to call. This number which is on the doo should be clearer by deleting what looks like a figure 1 before the 7. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Soggiorno perfetto all'hotel Astrid, gentilezza e cortesia di tutto il personale ed in particolare del direttore Rosario, attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Posizione strategica dell'hotel, a pochi passi da Porta San Giuseppe e quindi vicino alla grotta delle apparizioni. Da ritornare sicuramente

Location was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities did not meet our expectations for a four star hotel. The room was cramped, dark and dingy ,the carpet had stains on it. The shower hose was damaged and toilet was not very clean.

Généralement très bien situé et propre sauf l’odeur au niveau du sanitaire (un désodorisant aurait été appréciable dans le toilette) . Petit loupé de la réception qui a oublié de préparer un papier petit déjeuner pour le jour du départ malgré la demande faite 72 hrs avant.

Très bien situé. 5minutes de la grotte.
Personnel hyper pro.
Petit bémol, le matelas. Il est vraiment à changer.

As soon as we entered the room, disappointment, dust, floor, dirty bathroom, dirty toilet, disaster, we immediately went to the manager to give us another room, since she didn't have another room, she sent the cleaning lady to clean, when I saw how she was cleaning, she came with a dirty bucket and a mop, so I took it to by my own hands, Breakfast was a disaster, was it a buffet?! Every day the same and no choice, but absolutely none! Plates, dirty glasses, dirty cutlery, no disaster!

Notre séjour à l'hôtel a été très agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique et à l’écoute de tout le monde, notamment des personnes âgées. Cela en fait une expérience agréable pour eux et pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était varié et chacun pouvait trouver quelque chose de savoureux dans tout ce qui était proposé. Ce copieux petit-déjeuner vous permettra de tenir toute la journée. Le dîner était très savoureux et joliment présenté. Vous recevez du pain avec chaque plat et une carafe d'eau. Conclusion : l'hôtel est fortement recommandé ! Mes parents, mon frère et moi avons quitté l'hôtel avec un bon sentiment et sommes reconnaissants de notre séjour là-bas.
