El buffet muy poco variado, si no bajas a primera hora no hay comida. La recepción solo habla francés, no pudimos comunicarnos ni en inglé,s ni en español. El ascensor tiene voz y además de estar abriendo y cerrando todo el tiempo, tardaba en cerrarse para subir al piso más de 5 minutos. Además el ruido no cesaba durante la noche, mi habitación estaba situada frente a los mismos y resultaba imposible descansar. Al tratar de comunicar en recepción que lo silenciaran por la noche, no tenían interés alguno por atendernos. La habitación se reservo una de 5 familiar y al llegar nos dijeron que la habían dado a otra familia por un problema de grifos, nos ofrecieron dos para dos pero éramos 5 personas , finalmente, no la dieron. No entiendo nada. Recomendaría a las personas que circulan por el hotel con carteles, que a 4 de la mañana, muchas personas llegan y otras se van pero el resto descansa y con los gritos por los pasillo es muy complicado.

Le personnel est agréable et très professionnel. Il trouve toujours une solution à nos difficultés. Hotel très bien situé et propre. Ce fut un plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel

Séjour correcte mais trop bruyant dans la salle du restaurant . je suggère que les personnes qui viennent à Lourdes soient éloignées des grandes tables qui reçoivent des pèlerins. Ce n'est pas agréable de manger dans le vacarme

La posizione dell'hotel è una delle migliori, vicinissima al santuario, personale cortese e molto disponibile. La mia camera, con affaccio sul retro dell'edificio era molto silenziosa a differenza delle camera della mia amica posta sul fronte, si sentivano tutti i rumori dalla strada. Peccato non ci fosse in camera un piccolo frigorifero dove tenere l'acqua al fresco, per il resto veniva rifatta tutte le mattine e sostituiti gli asciugamani sporchi. La colazione è varia dal dolce al salato, per le bevande calde o fredde c'è un distributore automatico

Prix trop élevé pour ce type de chambre (trop petite) et des éclairages qui ne marchent pas.

Lovely room although a bit small for an 'executive' room. Loved having the balcony to go out and rest on. Hotel in great site close to St Joseph's gate. Bit annoying though that I had to go across
to the Hotel Roissy for my meals however that said, the food and restaurant staff were far superior and friendly there than they were for the one meal I had at the Astrid. Would probably have preferred to stay at the Roissy had I known and will bear this in mind for when I make my next visit to Lourdes

The Astrid is the hotel that you would go back to as it ticked all the required boxes for accommodation for a pilgrimage to Lourdes.
