The hotel was excellent location and very great price and comfortable. Very friendly customer service and staff. Really recommended. This, hotel is 3 minutes walking near everything and is 4 star hotel xx

Overall the staff was very friendly, in the dinning room at breakfast we had no bowls or sometime no cutlery, the food in the hotel was disappointing compared to other years. The reception staff and barman was very helpful during the visit.

Zimmer 515 sehr grosszügig, Minibar umplatzieren-Stuhl unter denSchreibtisch=perfekter Arbeitplatz mit Laptop. Bad und Waesche sehr gut-Dichtungslippe an Glasduschwand würde "See" neben der Wanne verhinden. Morgenessen sehr reichhaltig-Pulverkaffee ungeniessbar.Mittagessen und Abendessen- dieKüche hat noch Ponzial zum besser werden. Schliesslich ist es ein ****Hotel!

El hotel muy sucio. Nos hicieron la habitación pasadas las 18 y solo cambiaron dos toallones y tendieron (no hicieron) la cama. Pésimo servicio de cuarto. No merecen ni dos estrellas, además muy incómodo el cuarto y ni siquiera nos dejaron un jabón. Muy mala experiencia

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und half uns bei der Buchung eines Taxis und bei anderen Angelegenheiten während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir werden es sicherlich wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Lourdes zurückkehren.
