We are staying here for 3 nights with my sisters and brother for pilgrimage to the Lady of Lourdes. The air conditioning in our room (1009) was not working from the very start and we notified the front desk about it and he came to the room to check it. He said that someone will fix it in the morning but no one ever did. We have one more night stay and it gets warm and uncomfortable at night.

il serait souhaitable d'envisager un service de car ou de taxi qui prenne les clients depuis la gare car j'ai failli avoir des graves difficultés depuis la gare parce que les taxis après 22h ne travaillent presque plus. Hors le train en provenance de paris arrive a plus de 22h. En outre, bien vouloir revoir l'organisation interne de l'hôtel à 6h30 du jour de ma sortie de l'hôtel, il n'y avait personne à l'accueil alors que j'avais besoin de régler ma facture, heureusement que lors de la réservation ils avaient prélevé le numéro de ma carte de crédit.

We found the hotel very nice. I gave a four for cleanliness because our toilet when we checked in was not cleaned properly but it was cleaned the next day. The buffet dinner was very good with a good choice. It would have helped a lot if the food was labelled properly .

Ottima esperienza. Camera abbastanza pulita, ben sistemata, con tutto ciò che serve. La colazione è stata buona. Andrebbero solo fatti piccoli accorgimenti. Ad esempio: aumentare lofferta della frutta e sostituite le macchinette per fare il cappuccino o il caffè perché per il gusto italiano non vanno bene.
Posizione eccellente per raggiungere il santuario. Solo due minuti a piedi.
Di sicuro questo hotel sarà la mia scelta se dovessi tornare a Lourdes.
